A house call is a different job — stairs, tight halls, family in the room. We staff so we can get the person out quickly and with dignity. You only pay for the people that job needs.
Tolls, bridges & parking
Tolls, bridges, and parking on any route are billed at actual cost, shown on the invoice. Nothing is folded into the mileage rate.
